Lyndhurst Flower Show:
It will be a day of celebration of spring, artistry, and freshly blooming flowers at the opulent Lyndhurst Mansion for the annual Lyndhurst in Bloom Flower Show.
Creative floral designers will transform the Gothic Revival mansion with luscious botanical displays that highlight and harmonize with the historic mansion’s lavish interior and outdoor landscape.
As we wander through three floors of the mansion, we’ll experience a wonderland of color and texture with eye popping artistry that evokes those springtime feelings of rebirth and joy.
Spring Market:
Take time to browse the Spring Market with over 30 vendors offering a curated collection of floral and garden products by local artisans, florists, and boutiques.
Also, wander the lovely grounds for splendid Hudson River views!
Lunch in Tarrytown:
It’s time to find a tasty lunch on your own in downtown Tarrytown from among the variety of restaurant choices.
River Walk:
If you’re up for a walk to burn a few lunch calories, head to Tarrytown’s River Walk where phenomenal views of the wide Hudson River, the triangular cables of the Tappan Zee spanning it, and the outline of Manhattan’s skyscrapers far in the blue gray distance await.
Pricing & Departures:
Departs South Plainfield High School at the end of Lane Ave at 7:45 AM and returns at approximately 6:30 PM
Departs Morris Plains Community Center, 51 Jim Fear Dr. at 8:30 AM and returns at approximately 5:45 PM
Departs Ridgewood Graydon Pool at the corner of Linwood Ave & Northern Parkway at 9:15 AM and returns approximately 5:00 PM
Cars may be parked at all locations at your own risk.
No reservations accepted without a payment of $170 per person. Make checks payable to “Group Tours & Travel” and mail to the above address. A full refund will be granted if canceled prior March 1, 2025. No refund will be granted on a cancellation that occurs after March 1, 2025. Group Tours is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, injuries or circumstances beyond its control and reserves the right to change this itinerary.
