Murder Mystery:
Murder is afoot! Step inside one of Manhattan’s last 18th century buildings and back in time into 1826 when a murder was committed right here at the Mount Vernon Hotel.
Can you solve it? Don your best detective hat and Sherlock Holmes deductive reasoning as you and your group of detectives follow the clues that will lead to the culprit on our fun murder mystery.
Mount Vernon Hotel:
Explore this former carriage house turned hotel that served as a country escape for New Yorkers living in the crowded city at the southern tip of Manhattan until all the pieces of the puzzle align.
It’s the perfect way to experience one of NYC’s historical treasures in a different, interactive approach where you become part of its history.
Lunch at Market 57:
Now that the murderer is behind bars, it’s time for lunch!
Find your favorite spot for a bite among the various choices at Market 57 right on the Hudson on Pier 57.
Take a Stroll:
A few steps away is the iconic Chelsea Market perfect for browsing, the High Line for an elevated brisk walk, and Little Island for a stroll along the waterside.

Departs South Plainfield High School at the end of Lane Avenue at 7:30 AM and returns at approximately 6:30 PM
Departs Morris Plains Community Center, 51 Jim Fear Drive at 8:15 AM and returns at approximately 5:45 PM
Departs Ridgewood’s Graydon Pool at the corner of Linwood Ave & Northern Pkwy at 9:00 AM and returns at approximately 5:00 PM
Cars may be parked at all locations at your own risk.

A full refund will be granted if canceled prior February 28, 2026. No refund will be granted on a cancellation that occurs after February 28, 2026.
