Christmas in the Castle:
Let’s celebrate the most sparkling time of year at the captivating Cairnwood Estate set in the Bryn Athyn Historic District of Bucks County, PA.
We start with Christmas in the Castle at the Glencairn Museum, an astonishing architectural treasure all decked out for the holiday season.
On a self-guided tour, wander in amazement at the Great Hall filled with art and artifacts and step into dozens of Nativity scenes collected from around the world.
Holiday Tea:
Sit back and relax for a festive, traditional holiday tea in a holiday themed, sparkling setting.
Cairnwood Estate:
The holiday delights continue as we enter the Great Hall of the Cairnwood Estate where a wondrous two story Christmas tree will greet us with the joys of the season.
Wander the elegant rooms of the Cairnwood filled with dazzling decorated trees, twinkling, festive mantels over 1895 fireplaces, and an exhibition of period fashions worn by the ladies of Cairnwood.
Bryn Athyn Cathedral:
More magic will be found on a guided tour of the beautiful Bryn Athyn Cathedral where we’ll learn its history and interesting details of the magnificent creation of this Gothic and Romanesque piece or architecture.
The perfect ending to a magical day!
Pricing & Departures:
Departs Ridgewood Graydon Pool South Lot – across Linwood Ave at 8:00 AM and returns at approximately 7:15 PM
Departs Morris Plains Community Center, 51 Jim Fear Dr. at 8:45 AM and returns at approximately 6:30 PM
Departs South Plainfield High School at the end of Lane Ave at 9:30 AM and returns approximately 5:45 PM
Cars may be parked at all locations at your own risk.
No reservations accepted without a payment of $195 per person. Make checks payable to “Group Tours & Travel” and mail to the above address. A full refund will be granted if canceled prior November 1, 2025. No refund will be granted on a cancellation that occurs after November 1, 2025. Group Tours is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, injuries or circumstances beyond its control and reserves the right to change this itinerary.
