Wonderland Dreams:
There’s another fun and intriguing but different immersive experience in NYC where you can escape the world into a dreamy wonderland. Wonderland Dreams brings to life the story of Alice’s adventures in Wonderland through an amazing hand painted display. Fall down the rabbit hole into a world of secret rose gardens and mad tea parties in a living gallery that puts you inside the artwork.
Every inch of this spectacular space is hand painted by Alexa Meade in a style that transforms the world into a multidimensional work of art. Travel through time and space as you wander a string of seemingly endless painted rooms that suspend reality and bring about the spirit of wonder and delight.
The Morgan Library:
But first, we visit a book lovers dream world at The Morgan Library, a Gilded Age creation belonging to none other than JP Morgan himself. Extravagance abounds in what was to be a repository for his rare manuscripts but resulted in an Italian Renaissance style palazzo with three magnificent rooms epitomizing America’s Age of Excellence.
Our highlights tour will reveal insights into the history, architecture, and rare, ancient collections as we are wowed by the alluring space.
Urbanspace:
Within walking distance are two great spaces for lunch on your own, Urbanspace Vanderbilt Food Hall and Grand Central Market, both with a variety of diverse choices to enjoy before our dive into Wonderland.
Pricing & Departures:
Departs South Plainfield High School at the end of Lane Ave at 7:45 AM and returns at approximately 6:30 PM
Departs Morris Plains Community Center, 51 Jim Fear Dr. at 8:00 AM and returns at approximately 5:45 PM
Departs Ridgewood Graydon Pool at the corner of Linwood Ave & Northern Parkway on at 9:15 AM and returns approximately 5:00 PM
Cars may be parked at all locations at your own risk.
No reservations accepted without a payment of $185 per person. Make checks payable to “Group Tours & Travel” and mail to the above address. A full refund will be granted if canceled prior March 1, 2023. No refund will be granted on a cancellation that occurs after March 1, 2023. Group Tours is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, injuries or circumstances beyond its control and reserves the right to change this itinerary.
